We stepped in and developed a comprehensive sales funnel from the ground up. This encompassed quoting, website optimisation, CRM setup, WhatsApp automation, sales closures, along with Facebook and Google ad campaigns.

By month 4, we catapulted the revenue from £0 to a staggering £100k a month.

The journey didn't end there; we kept the momentum going. With additional automation and refined sales flows, coupled with an affiliate marketing scheme crafted from scratch, all neatly housed in our custom-built CRM, we continue to build and elevate the sales trajectory.

Enviro Clean

Teaming up with this market-leading cleaning franchise company, we crafted a custom sales funnel and integrated our own CRM to boost the recruitment of new franchisees. The setup was up and running within a week, automating the lead journey from multiple channels right through to booking a call. Now, the founders only engage with qualified leads, making their interactions more fruitful.
 

We funnel leads from all avenues - meta, Google, lead gen websites, and direct website inquiries, all streamlined into our Operational Management System (OMS). Once in, they're tagged and nudged along the pipeline, entering a Whatsapp Qualification flow, then circling back into the CRM for an update before booking a call with the team. It's a smooth, automated journey.

We devised a separate funnel utilising Facebook Ads to recruit new franchisees, marking the client's first successful stint with FB ads that yielded remarkable results.

 

On another front, Operexx launched a reactivation campaign, sifting through 9 years of business data, which was channelled into a sales flow, unlocking around £500k in business value. The follow-up automations are in full swing, and we're always on the lookout for the next avenue of growth.
